TUL-GROUP — a name that stands for qua­li­ty bey­ond the bor­ders of the Federal Repu­blic of Ger­ma­ny. Foun­ded in 1993 in Dort­mund as a freight bro­ke­rage com­pa­ny by the father of the two cur­rent mana­ging owners Peter and Gabri­el Ujjob­ba­gy, today’s »TUL-GROUP« is a com­pa­ny that shows con­stant growth. Until 1998, the com­pa­ny was a for­war­ding agent exclu­si­ve­ly for trans­ports to Rus­sia. After ent­e­ring the Rus­si­an mar­ket with their own vehi­cles, the main focus was put on Cen­tral Euro­pe — after the decre­a­sed demand on the Rus­si­an market.

New strategic orientation

With this new stra­te­gic ori­en­ta­ti­on, the foun­da­ti­on stone was laid for today’s busi­ness seg­ment »Trans­ports bet­ween Ger­ma­ny and France/BeNeLux« and the Ger­man domestic mar­ket. After the relo­ca­ti­on of the head­quar­ters from Dort­mund to Waltrop in 2006, the pro­duct port­fo­lio could be exten­ded by the 18,000 m² com­pa­ny pre­mi­ses to inclu­de wareh­ouse logistics and hand­ling activities.

Warehouse becomes workshop

In 2010, an exter­nal work­shop, which among other things was respon­si­ble for ser­vicing our vehi­cles, was seam­less­ly inte­gra­ted into the com­pa­ny. A hall that had been used as a wareh­ouse until then was con­ver­ted into a new work­shop. Due to the rest­ruc­tu­ring of the ran­ge of ser­vices and the opti­mi­sa­ti­on of work pro­ces­ses, the inde­pen­dent »TUL-Repa­ra­tur­ser­vice GmbH« can now offer a wide ran­ge of ser­vices for pas­sen­ger cars and com­mer­cial vehi­cles in Waltrop and the sur­roun­ding area.

About 80 employees

Today, the »TUL-GROUP« is an estab­lis­hed group of com­pa­nies in the domestic and inter­na­tio­nal logistics mar­ket, with about 80 employees. By the way: we trans­port several hund­red thousand tons of various goods to their desti­na­ti­ons every year.
